Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) is one of the game-changing technologies that support the DfMA methodology to significantly speed up construction. Eligible and supported by BCA's Productivity Innovation Project (PIP) incentive scheme, our PPVC integrated digital delivery solution is able to further boost the productivity of PPVC fabrication to another level by providing real-time tracking of the modules during the different phases of fabrication, delivery & installation.

This will help smoothen operations and bring control back to your computer screens, anytime, anywhere. Activity and schedule disruptions due to unexpected module deliveries and excessive module storage at the fit-out yards will be things of the past.

Grant Support

The Productivity Innovation Project (PIP) incentive scheme co-funds up to 70% of the costs for technology adoption and innovations that improve productivity at construction sites.

The scheme aims to:

• Defray the costs required to re-engineer processes or adopt labour-efficient construction technologies.
• Encourage construction-related companies to embark on solution development projects that build up their capabilities as well as improve site productivity and reduce site workers.

Grant Eligibility Criteria:

• Singapore registered construction related business enterprise.
• Apply before the procurement or implementation of proposed technology.
• Implement in construction projects in Singapore.
• Achieve at least 30% productivity improvement (shorter floor to floor cycle time, fewer workers needed,etc.) of the specific site process.
